Reservations are not confirmed until recorded as accepted by Carrier or its authorized Agent. As provided in carrier’s Regulations, certain fares may have conditions, which limit or exclude the passenger’s right to change or cancel reservations.

In case, we dont have enough bookings in a bus the vehicle may be changed to a smaller vehicle. In such cases, the money for food will be refunded.

Refund after cancellation: After canceling the ticket, please contact our head office in Vadodara. You can either FAX your cancellation ticket or reach them directly. Once we receive your cancellation ticket the refund will be processed in 30 days. |

On receiving the cancelled ticket, the refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt. In case of e- tickets the refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date of the cancellation request being made. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card only. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of ticket. |
